About the event
Your invited to a collective healing gathering at Fox Cities Wellness Center. Come and explore your breath within a safe and supportive space.
When we allow ourselves the time to be fully present within our breath, healing happens. Rather it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual blocks, together we release them with our breath, embodying our spirit. The spirit of our breath. Healing doesn't have to be an isolated, individual journey. Sometimes, the best way back to ourselves is through the shared rhythm of the community around us.
